A Good Stay!

The apartment was clean and spacious. Housekeeping services maintained the apartment daily. The kitchen had enough pans and cutlery for basic meal preparation. I found a supermarket just next door, very convenient for groceries.
Upon arrival, I did notice that there was only one bathroom available for the entire two-bedroom apartment, somewhat inconvenient. I hope they consider adding an additional bathroom in the future.

The staff were polite and professional. They greeted me with smiles every time. They were always ready to assist with directions and other requests. Housekeeping responded quickly when I asked for extra towels. Service was prompt!!!

The breakfast offered many options, from local to international cuisine. The food quality was fresh and well-prepared each morning. Coffee and tea were available throughout the breakfast service, nice.

The hotel has a unique shape that makes it easily recognizable. The hypermarket next door is convenient for any needs. Getting around was easy because taxis were always readily available.

Mixed Stay, Some Issues Noted

I faced some issues . The air conditioning was difficult to regulate. It was either too cold or too hot. Cleanliness could have been better for a supposed 5-star hotel. There was also a constant noise outside my window in the morning. I couldn't identify its source and it really disturbed my sleep.

the breakfast was acceptable, it offered a reasonable VARIETY even if it became somewhat repetitive after a few days.
The lack of staff at the b lobby was problematic. cold water was a big issue, even after reporting it, the water remained freezing. the ac controls were a headache. It was either too cold or too hot and i could not find a good balance.
